Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:
• A JD or LL.B. (Applicants with a University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with Real Estate Specialization may be considered)
• A minimum of 6 years of real estate experience with extensive knowledge and proficiency in the areas of commercial leasing (office, residential), contracts and financial analysis.
• Be able to build collaborative relationships with internal teams from various backgrounds and across functional areas.
• Previous managerial/leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results to a senior audience.
• The ability to identify and analyze problems; take decisive actions and risks when need
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercising strong organization, initiative and judgment.
