Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A law degree (B.C.L., LL.B. or equivalent), with strong academic credentials;
• A minimum of 2 years of legal experience, ideally in a transactional practice;
• Experience/knowledge re: legal pricing, project oversight and/or process improvement an asset;
• Excellent interpersonal and client service abilities, including relationship management skills;
• An interest and ease with data, analytics and legal technology;
• Strong drafting and communication skills (oral and written) and analytical abilities;
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail and must be strategic;
• Excellent initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment, and be innovative and forward thinking;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including strong Excel skills; and
• Bilingual skills (English and French).
