• Have approximately 2-5 years of strong real estate transactional expertise;

• Have excellent drafting, verbal and written communication skills;

• Have the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with others when needed;

• Have the ability to multi task and handle competing priorities;and

•Possess strong interpersonal and business development skills.
