Requirements:

You are the ideal candidate if you have/are:

• 2+ years of practice experience in the areas of personal injury, and general civil litigation (wills and estate litigation or real estate litigation an asset).
• A natural networker, with the ability to develop business within the community.
• Mediation and arbitration experience (any trial experience would be an asset).
• Strong writing skills, and are adept at preparing written correspondence and motions.
• Like to work independently and are passionate about client service and are very hands-on with clients.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• A skilled communicator and negotiator who settles files at highest realistic value.
• A strong work ethic fueled by a desire to excel and achieve.
• Able to multitask and effectively handle competing priorities.
• Comfortable in using technology and willing to learn the firm’s systems.
