Pearl Prokosh

As a National Manager Pearl is responsible for search, recruitment and business development services for Quebec and Ontario. She places legal professionals of all levels into private practice, in-house counsel, executive and non-traditional roles. She works with a range of clients, from boutique to national law firms and from small companies to large multinational corporations, and has developed lasting professional relationships.

In 2006, Pearl returned to Montreal and transitioned into the legal recruitment industry, after practicing for several years as a transactional real estate lawyer in the Los Angeles office of two international law firms, where she worked on multi-million dollar transactions.
She initially joined a Montreal based legal and executive search firm, where she worked as a Senior Legal Recruiter. Pearl’s extensive legal recruitment background, along with her prior experience as a lawyer at leading law firms, allow her to thoroughly understand both candidate and client needs and successfully find ideal candidates for legal opportunities.

In addition to her career achievements, Pearl is a devoted wife and mother. When she is not working, you will find her volunteering at her childrens’ school, cooking, working out or traveling.
