Diana Serrano

As our Recruitment Consultant, Diana is responsible for search, recruitment and business development services for legal support roles in Ontario. She is passionate about building strong, professional relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their talent needs effectively.

Diana is a dedicated professional with a unique background that blends legal expertise and human resources acumen. She is a lawyer from Mexico, graduating from La Salle University. Her legal experience includes working with the Superior Court of Justice in Mexico City, where she specialized in family law.

In 2021, she relocated to Toronto to pursue a career change, earning a certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber Polytechnic. This transition allowed her to build a successful career in the recruitment industry, gaining extensive experience across diverse levels and industries for private-sector companies and agencies in both Mexico and Canada.

In her downtime, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
