Overview
Our client, a highly regarded Downtown Vancouver law firm is looking to add an experienced real estate lawyer (7-10 years) with development experience, to their dynamic commercial real estate group.They are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer with strong real estate development experience, who may not have their own practice or client base but is plugged in to the real estate market and is interested in being part of a cohesive and collaborative, client focused and facing, entrepreneurial spirited firm.

Requirements:
- Be a member in good standing of the BC Bar
- Have 7-10 years of real estate/development experience
- Have a strong nexus within the Real Estate Community
- - Have experience in commercial real estate and real estate related transactions, including:
- Commercial lease negotiation and drafting, representing both landlords and tenants.
- Sales and acquisitions,
- Property development and financing
- Have the desire to be a part of a cohesive team with the support and platform to grow your own practice, while maintaining carriage, ownership and direction of your own files and work produce
