This reputable National law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Lawyer with (3-5 Years of Experience) to join their robust and busy Business Law Group’s Vancouver office.
The firm and group offer a range of real estate services including development; acquisitions & dispositions, commercial lending, leasing, financing and conveyancing, boasting a roster of reputable clients and working on cutting edge transactions.

Responsibilities Include:
As an integral part of the Real Estate Group, the Real Estate Law Associate will work alongside senior practitioners and have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters which may include:
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Commercial leasing transactions
- Commercial real estate development
- Strata Property Act and Real Estate Development Marketing Act
- Secured financing of commercial real estate
Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
- Have an LL.B/J.D. and be a member of good standing of the Bar of British Columbia Bar
- Have a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate practice experience gained in a leading law firm or real estate law boutique
- Have excellent academics
- Have excellent writing and communication skills.
