Our client is a rapidly expanding Technology company. They are a growing company levereging technology in the marketing industry. They are looking to add a Contract Specialist to their Oakville Team.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for supporting all internal and external documentation within the company. Working closely with each department lead, you will be involved in the creation, drafting and potential negotiation of a wide variety of company documents and contracts. You will also provide support for the completion and maintenance of key Client documents.

The role will include:
-Supporting Business Development activities by drafting complex Statements of Work, and general marketing
-Assisting Business Development in the response to formal RFPs,
- Dealing with and drafting of various software and licensing matters and contracts
-Providing Legal support in the review of master services agreements with clients, partner market agencies, contract staffing partners, and key vendors
-Assisting in the negotiation of commercial contracts including: product sales and supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.
-Providing support to the IT department by managing the flow of documentation related to various client audits including initial and ongoing vendor assessments, security audits and other formal requests for information
-Supporting the Manager, Human Resources in the drafting and review of various company policies, employment contracts and other HR related documents
-Support Privacy Officer by conducting research and monitoring applicable privacy legislation to ensure company is current on all developments impacting the business and its clients
-Acting as the primary point of contact with company�s Program Teams on all legal, contract and documentation issues
-Keeping project teams and Executive informed of contractual obligations and monitoring compliance
-Reviewing and managing contractual obligations of all parties


You are the ideal candidate if you:

�have experience drafting contracts, statements of work, proposals, marketing documents, licensing agreements, policy documents, etc
�have excellent writing skills
�have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
�have a technology background
*are a team player
�are comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel: management, clients, vendors etc.
�are a lawyer or paralegal looking to use your skills in a non-traditional role
